HOW DO I RETURN?If you would like a refund for your product(s) please follow the instructions below
- Please submit your return request via our Returns Portal HERE
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- *Please note MUMLOVESIT can not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
- SALE ITEMS: Please note we do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing day / January sales etc) unless there is a manufacturers fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
- FURNITURE: Please note we can not accept returns on furniture items unless they are faulty. If there are any issues please contact us in writing at email@example.com.
- SPECIAL ORDERS/CUSTOMISED: These products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- If you receive any faulty items, please contact us immediately via our contact form HERE.
- We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage. We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
